 We perform precise tuning and operational verification to factory specifications on every unit we service.

 90-day warranty on all radio repairs.

 3 – 7 day turnaround

(Subject to parts availability and excluding ground shipping time.)

 If a radio is non- repairable due to Motorola parts availability or circuit board damage beyond reliable repair, there is a $ 10.00 diagnostics fee per unit.

(Original payment method will be refunded the difference upon this conclusion.)

 Customer is to pay return shipping if they would like the non- repairable unit returned.

Flat – Rate excludes the following:

 Physical damage

Water damage

Replacement battery or antenna

And other optional features including DTMF and toneboards
