Repairs using only original Motorola repair parts, if available , and Labor .

******  Return shipment fee will be automatically calculated upon check out. There is ” no tax ” added at check-out if we ship outside of Florida.

We perform precise tuning and operational verification to factory specifications on every unit we service. 

90-day warranty on all radio repairs. 

3 – 7 day turnaround

(Subject to parts availability and excluding ground shipping time.)

If a radio is non- repairable due to Motorola parts availability or circuit board damage beyond reliable repair, there is a $ 10.00 diagnostics fee. ( Your payment method will be refunded the difference upon this conclusion ) 

Customer is to pay return shipping if they would like the non- repairable unit returned.

Flat – Rate excludes the following:

Physical damage

Water damage

Replacement battery

Replacement antenna

And other optional features including DTMF and toneboards
