90-day warranty on all radio repairs.

3 – 7 day turnaround

(Subject to parts availability and excluding ground shipping time.)

If a radio is non- repairable due to Motorola parts availability or circuit board damage beyond reliable repair, there will be a $ 20.00 Diagnostics fee charged. Your payment method will be refunded accordingly.

Customer is to pay return shipping if they would like the non- repairable unit returned.

If a radio is non-repairable because of Motorola proprietary parts required, there will be a $ 20.00 Diagnostics fee charged. Your payment method will be refunded accordingly.

Flat – Rate excludes the following:

Physical damage

Water damage

Replacement battery

Replacement antenna

And other optional features including DTMF and toneboards
