Flat – Rate Repair includes:

Repairs using only original Motorola repair parts when available, and Labor.

We perform precise tuning and operational verification to factory specifications on every unit we service.

 90-day warranty on all radio repairs.

 3 – 7 day turnaround  (Subject to parts availability and excluding ground shipping time.)

 If a radio is non- repairable due to Motorola or equivilent parts availability; circuit board damage beyond reliable repair; water or physical damage, then there is a $ 10.00 diagnostic fee per radio. ( Original  Payment method to be refunded the difference upon this conclusion )

 Customer is to pay return shipping if they would like the non- repairable unit returned.

 Flat – Rate excludes the following:

 Physical damage

Water damage

Replacement battery

Replacement antenna

And other optional features including DTMF and toneboards
