3 – 7 day turnaround

(Subject to parts availability and excluding ground shipping time.)

If a radio is non- repairable due to Motorola parts availability or circuit board damage beyond reliable repair, there is no charge to you.

Customer is to pay return shipping if they would like the non- repairable unit returned.

If a radio is non-repairable because of Motorola proprietary parts required, there is no charge to you, and return shipping fee to be waived.

Flat – Rate excludes the following:

Physical damage

Water damage

Replacement battery

Replacement antenna

And other optional features including DTMF and toneboards
